Manage Your Trips

View All Bookings

Go to Trips (bottom navigation icon or profile menu) to view all your bookings.

Bookings are divided into:

  • Upcoming — Stays that haven't happened yet
  • Past — Stays that have been completed

Trip Details

Click on any booking to see full information:

  • Booking Number — For reference if you have any enquiries
  • Location & Unit Name — Where you're staying
  • Dates — Check-in and check-out
  • Number of Guests
  • Check-In Instructions — How to access the accommodation
  • House Rules — Rules you need to follow
  • Check-In / Check-Out Time — Official times
  • Host Information

Invoices & Receipts

To download an invoice or payment receipt:

  1. Go to the Trip Details page
  2. Click View Invoice
  3. The invoice will be displayed with full details:
    • Invoice number
    • Cost breakdown (base price, cleaning fee, add-ons, service fee)
    • Payment method
    • Payment date

Cancel a Booking

Please review the cancellation policy before cancelling. Some units offer a full refund if cancelled early enough.

To cancel a booking:

  1. Go to the Trip Details page
  2. Click Cancel Booking
  3. Enter the reason for cancellation (optional)
  4. Confirm the cancellation

Refunds

If a booking is eligible for a refund:

Refund StatusDescription
ProcessingRefund is being processed
RefundedRefund has been credited
FailedRefund failed — contact support

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Contact the Host

If you have any questions about your accommodation, you can contact the host using the information provided in the trip details after your booking is confirmed.
